Meeting

Appointment
Our valued customers who reach the Tual Tente team tell their demands and the products they want to get information about. In order to meet as soon as possible, customer information is recorded and an appointment day is created.02.
Exploration
Tual Tente team goes to your area at the appointment time and makes a free exploration. Information about our awning and sunshade systems, which are deemed appropriate for the request of our customer and the situation of the place, are provided.03.
Project/Offer
The most appropriate selection is made among the Tual Awning products informed to our customer and the project phase is started. The project and offer we prepared as Tual Tente team are sent to our customer.04.
Agreement
In case of an agreement with our valued customer, a contract that protects the parties is prepared. After the contract made with our valued customer, the manufacturing measure is taken and the product is manufactured.05.
Manufacturing/Assembly
With the end of the manufacturing process, an appointment is made from the customer to go to the assembly. After the assembly process is completed, the working principle and usage method of the Tual Awning product is explained to our valued customers by making a presentation. Thus, the delivery of the product is completed and the warranty process begins.06.
